Jay Jay Cee New Album PAMODZI: A Message of Unity and Collaboration in the Music Industry
by Ghettotunes

Jay Jay Cee, real name Juma James Chitsonga, is set to drop his second album soon. The dancehall artist has been working on the album for some time now and has revealed some interesting details about what fans can expect. In a recent post on social media, Jay Jay Cee talked about his journey to becoming an artist and how he managed to make it this far on his own.

Juma revealed that he started taking music seriously in 2013, even before he went to college. He set himself a goal to achieve in one year what others would achieve in five years, and that dedication helped him a lot. However, he did not have the support of a record label or a manager, so he had to do everything himself. He taught himself to be both an artist and a music promoter and producer, which was not an easy feat.

Despite the challenges, Jay persevered and things started to take shape. He had many offers from record labels, but he had already learned a lot about the industry and preferred to do things on his own terms. He even had a beef with a fellow dancehall artist, Saint, which earned him a reputation for being stubborn, but he persisted and eventually gained the respect of many in the industry.

Jays album, titled "Pamodzi" meaning togetherness, reflects his relentless hard work and dedication. The album was designed to be a collaborative effort, featuring other notable artists in 95% of the tracks and he has featured Guntolah among others . However, things didnt go entirely as planned, as many of the artists Jay wanted to collaborate with were difficult to contact due to their busy schedules with their own projects. Nevertheless, Jay affirms that he has secured enough collaborative works to serve the album purpose, and he remains confident that the album will succeed.

He has already released one single from the album, entitled "Linda" (you can stream LINDA on ghettotunes.com) and plans to release another one before the album drops.

In his social media post, Jay Jay Cee thanked his followers for their support and urged them to continue supporting him when the album drops. He believes that together, they can achieve great things and reach new heights. With the support of his team at RAJ NATION and Mabilinganya Empire, Jay Jay Cee is confident that his album will be a huge success and cement his position as one of the top dancehall artists in Malawi.
