Memory Sanjira Crowned Miss Culture Malawi 2022

Blantyre based beauty queen Memory Sanjira, has won Miss Culture Malawi 2022 at a glamorous event that took place on Saturday night at Amaryllis Hotel in Blantyre.
Speaking after winning the crown, The 22 year old promised to work with everyone for the betterment of Malawi.
"It feels amazing to be the new Miss Culture Malawi. I am overwhelmed and grateful. My message is that as I hold on to this Crown I will make sure to work with each and everyone for the betterment of this country"
"And That this Crown does not represent me on my own, but the whole Country with it" She Said.
In her remarks, Director of Lush Africa Lorraine Kljajic who is one of Miss Culture Malawi organizers described the event as a success.
"I am grateful for the girls for the commitment and dedication that they showed to be part of this show. I am also thankful to my team for executing the job well despite some financial constraints, I am proud of my team" Kljajic said.
Sanjira will represent Malawi at Miss Culture Global later this year and according to Kljajic, she has already been invited to be part of Miss Culture Zambia and Miss Culture Sudan.
Commenting on future plans, Kljajic said, "We are about to open the intake for 2023 because of the pressure we have been receiving in the past few days where girls were asking how they can apply to be part of the show."
Miss Culture Malawi first Princess is Ruth Masamba while Elshaddai Masauli is the second Princess.
Sanjira got her MSCE from Joyce Banda Foundation and she is a holder of Diploma in business Management obtained from Exploits University.
