There is a new Reggae group in town, it is called "Chilembwe Band" it is comprised of two reggae sensational artists in addition to four others on instruments.

After dropping a second album titled "Mizu Ya Chikhalidwe" last year, the group leader has emphasized that the launch of the band will happen jointly with the launch of his third album to happen on 28 August this year at Zithera Pano in Mangochi.

The group is Currently based in Machinjiri Blantyre, it was formed in October last year and they are reported to be working tirelessly preparing for the launch of Komuniq "Chipangano chosiliza album".

The Bands rhythm guitarist Trumel, has promised fans to expect a unique feel of reggae dancehall music courtesy of the new Chilembwe Band.

"it is a band that will defend the poor, represents the voice of the ghetto. it is the nations final hope of spiritual salvation and freedom. the only weapon Jah will use to defeat Babylon these times" he said.
